And to make sure your body has everything it needs, it is worth enriching it with foods that are very rich, much more than what is needed.
So … in the following three or four articles ,you are about to hear about some stunning foods !
Salicornia or Himalayan salt
The great majority between us still using this white table salt..
It is a pity to use refined white table salt while you can easily use the pink Himalayan salt which is rich with minerals or from the vitamins and phytochemicals in spice plants like the salicornia plant.
While white table salt has almost nothing: the pink Himalayan salt, when extracted in proper ways from the salt marshes of the Himalayas in Pakistan, contains the widest variety of minerals – Over 83 different types of minerals! High quality Himalayan salt will look a little pink, as it contains a lot of iron. 1 gram of Himalayan salt contains 500 mcg of iodine.
Salicornia contains 7% sodium, compared to 36% sodium in regular salt, and it also contains calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C as well as Group B vitamins. The plant can be grown alone and eat its fresh leaves.
Cranberries have an advantage in iodine levels, iodine is a mineral that is not found in many foods but is very important, especially in balancing the thyroid gland. Cranberry has iodine in the recommended daily amount of 200 mg iodine. As an anti-inflammatory, mainly in the treatment of urinary and gingivitis and the gastrointestinal tract, helps to cure ulcer and stomach ulcers.
Blueberries are a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin B iron and dietary fiber, blueberries such as the berry family contain lots of antioxidants – anthocyanins, polyphenols and elegic acid that inhibit aging and protect cells, protect against cancer and also against viruses and bacteria, berries have Salicylic acid. In the plant, it protects against pathogens infestation, and also in our skin it protects the skin and is known for antibacterial capabilities.
Cherries are recommended for diabetes, excellent and effective for gout and arthritis and good for the heart and blood vessels.
Raspberries are Excellent for inflammation especially in the oral cavity, sore throat and gingivitis.
